Our Committees

The Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce is able to accomplish a variety of objectives and projects through an active volunteer committee system. The committees provide a genuine opportunity for Board members and the overall membership to get involved in setting the governance of the Chamber of Commerce.

Being accountable in leadership requires that the Board:

1) Be definite about its performance expectations

2) Assign these expectations clearly

3) Check to see that expectations are being met 

COMMITTEES will now fall under three categories.

Governance – Executive, Finance, Nominations

 Strategic – Marketing, Membership, Advocacy, Project Review

 Operational – Classic, Ladies Day, Gala, MegaMixer, Trolley
